At Car Scent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
